Garvey's Cakes N' Bakes was officially established in 2010 as an Artisan Bakery in memory of the late Eamon Garvey. Inspired by his love of cake, particularly Gur.

Chef & Cookery Tutor Linda Sheridan, daughter of Eamon, operates the business as both manager and owner from her home of Carrick House in Co. Cavan. Born in Dublin but having grandparents both from Cavan, she set up the bakery in the

vicinity.
