"Even if you're not interested in baking paraphemalia, I think it's worth taking 5 minutes to drop into this tiny shop in the middle of a city that is changing beyod recognition by the day.It's like stepping into a shop from the 1930's. A treasure."

The Irish Yeast Co. began in 1894, and is manned by John Moreland, who was born above the shop and has been working there since the 1940s. Bet he has a story or two."
